Bought our first class c from East Coast and now can truly say that our salesmen Andy is outstanding with his knowledge and attention to what we were looking for in as first time buyers. Although we had some problems with our unit the service department was outstanding in fixing all issues in a professional and timely manner. Now that we have had our first RV season under our belt as newbies we upgraded to a much larger class c from another dealer. Make no mistake we went back to East Coast and they just didn’t have the model type we were looking for although Andy went above and beyond to try to help us. I can say without any reservation now that we have purchased our new class c from another dealer that experience has been far from enjoyable so far and from their attitudes we only hope that we don’t have any issues because unlike East Coast this dealer only knows you when your buying after that they are awful for customer service. If we buy another RV it’s East Coast all the way! - John
How fortunate for us that East Coast RV is right beside Friendship Village Campground in Bedford, PA! This morning, I busted the glass cooktop on my stove. They were able to remove the busted frame and hook us up with some other items we’d been meaning to purchase, with very little notice. Michelle was especially helpful. Thank you!! - Frances
